Its Bloggin’ Evil needs a few good writers to keep website fresh and up to date with the latest and greatest of horror, thrillers, and exploitation. I’m looking for writers who are 18 or older with some writing experience in a blog atmosphere. I would run this blog all by myself if I could, but at the moment I can’t and need your help!
Please, send me a writing sample at TheEvilBlogger@gmx.com along with your name, age, and your favorite horror movie.
Also, I can’t pay you. I’m sorry. But think of this blog as a great entry level, internship, volunteer service to build up your resume and to fine tune your writing skills. Hell, if I can, I might hook you up with a screener or two. Maybe even an interview with an indie movie director and/or actor. Who knows. If you can currently provide your own material – whether new theatrical movies, retro movies, Op-eds, horror literature, horror gaming, etc – let me know in your submission e-mail as well.
We all love the Alien movies even if it was Alien: Resurrection, but most of us are excited about the new video game that is set to be released in the fourth quarter for Playstation 4, XBOX 360, and for the Windows operating system. The best part this upcoming Alien game is the main character is Ellen Ripley’s daughter Amanda who investigates the disappearance of her mother on an abandoned, alien infested space station.

The best first person video ever from the latest music video, called Insane Office Escape part II, of the single from Biting Elbows and you’ve probably never even heard of this of punk band before – I know I didn’t – but after viewing this awesome gangster-style, kill them any way possible video, you might want to know more? The video reminds me a lot of the drug induced, alcoholic, and perversive The Prodigy’s “Smack My Bitch Up” and even has that edgy feel to it. In Biting Elbow’s music video (the song “Bad Motherfucker” is great as well) pits a lone man against many expendable henchmen and he is fighting for his life and for a portable teleporter. Check it out below.
I have to track down part I of this series created by the very talented Ilya Naishuller and Sergey Valyaev.

I’ve been waiting and waiting for a new Rob Zombie album. Even though White Zombie will be the greatest of his career, I really did fall in love with Hillbilly Deluxe. The Sinister Urge, Educated Horses and Hillbilly Deluxe II did it’s job, but just didn’t have the umpfff that HIllbilly Deluxe had brought to his solo career. Don’t get me wrong as I still rocked out, but I’m waiting for that spark again. Today we get a glimpse into the track list of Zombie’s third junior solo album Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor.
1. Teenage Nosferatu Pussy
2. Dead City radio And The New Gods Of Supertown
3. Revelation Revolution
4. Theme For The Rat Vendor
5. Gong Gang Gong De Do Gong De Laga Raga
6. Rock And Roll (in a black hole)
7. Behold! The Pretty Filthy Creatures
8. White Trash Freaks

Dubstep + Horror and you have Horrorstep brought to you by electro music sensation Figure who delivers Horrorstep right to your door. Figure’s real name is Josh Gard and he began his career in 2009 dropping beats that stand with the best in the genre, but Figure had to take it beyond his limits…far FROM BEYOND…his limits. He incorporates his love for horror into his music and THE THING is that makes Figure a cult favorite is that he doesn’t just half ass his mixes. Oh no. Like I said before, he is a heavy weight in his divisional genre.
Figure sends SHOCK WAVES down my spine as I’ve been hooked on The Werewolf (VIP edit) and I’ve been just EATEN ALIVE by this track that I yearn for more blood and beats by Figure. Figure mixes old school and new school horror into his tracks along with the retrofitted artwork on his album covers – Monsters of Drumstep Vol. 1, Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 and the Destruction Series. On a cold BLACK SUNDAY, I can’t think of anything else I rather listen to and FROM DUSK TILL DAWN I will be searching the inter-webs, scoring more tracks from Figure – especially from SoundCloud.
Figure – Michael Myers is Dead
I’m waiting for Figure to make his return to the States from Europe to start mixing again and hopefully perform at some local. Until then enjoy these two tracks and visit his SoundCloud and Facebook page and don’t be LAID TO REST by boring electro music!
